This Antipodean “mother of ferns” produces fern babies directly on the fronds. These can be separated and potted up for your home or gifting. A Native Australian, this beautiful plant is no worries unless it dries out.
SUN
Place plant in moderate, indirect sunlight in a warm room. Can tolerate lower light levels.
WATER
Water regularly to ensure compost is moist but not waterlogged. Do not pour water into centre of leaves - soak plant in sink if the soil dries out.
TROUBLESHOOT
Yellow or scorched leaves = too much light
Lack of growth = move to a more humid environment or mist leaves regularly
